Formations interview questions

The process was long, with five total interviews and one mock presentation. The interviewers were inquisitive and seemed like nice people. I felt the culture fit interview with the COO was intense, but when you're a startup and you're trying to find the perfect person, it makes sense.

One hour of pure technical interview, mostly related to React and TypeScript. Followed by an interview with senior software developer and talk more about work culture, in general just go over how works had been in the previous job. Finished with a culture loop with the COO.
