I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Somerville, MA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The hiring managers didn't show up on time, and one even not show up, what else I can say about this company? It left me a feeling of not being respected at all. Besides, the working environment is noisy; you don't have your desk to work, a lot of people walk around you. Also, even they have their office from an old warehouse, the space is very limited. It feels more like a student center than a working place. What`s more, the pay is lower than the average market.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Somerville, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
It is lengthy and in-depth. Recruiters take time to interview each individual candidate to make sure they are right fit for the company and for a specific team they will be working with.

Interview
I had my first conversation about a position at Formlabs at an event they were hosting. I subsequently submitted a resume and cover letter and got contacted about a phone interview about a week later. I had a phone interview with the head of marketing, head of operations, and CFO. They asked me to come in about two weeks later and met those people in person. Finally got offered the job about two weeks after that!

Question 1
A lot of "what would you do in this situation?" type of questions.
