Formula Fig interview questions

An online interview, very friendly! I really appreciated the questions that were asked were all professional and on-topic. The managers were really nice and the application process was smooth. There were 2 interviews.

Screening with recruiter - asked me about skin care experience, focus on sales and KPIs. Was then screened by Manager who asked about values, specific shifts. Spoke about acting as an ambassador and working community events.
