First round on campus interview followed by a superday in their new york office. Interviewed with most of the senior management team who were very transparent about the process. Heard back after about three weeks, did not get an offer.

Interviewed with the MD and VP. Interview went great until I messed up the delivery on describing one of their recent deals. They proceeded to grill me on my resume. Left me frustrated, so be sure to go in well prepared and ready to delivery a perfect interview. They ask the standard IB Q's including technicals. Not impossible, just cross your t's and dot your i's. Not for the faint of heart, highest pressure I faced when looking for IB's and PE.
