I applied and a couple of weeks later was invited to interview. I got an email detailing everything I had to bring and prepare for it. One of them was a short presentation on a historical topic.
The interview was quite long (several hours) and it was a group one. We did icebreakers and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed and fun. The presentation was a little nerve-wracking, we had to do it in front of everyone. Then we had an activity where we had to build a museum out of craft materials. We also had a written portion. And then individual interviews which were more related to work history and was more of a traditional interview. Hypothetical questions - what would you do if a coworker did this, etc.
Certainly the most fun interview I ever had. But not easy!
