Multiple stages with multiple people, and very very slow to reply/respond. Starting with generic screening to face-to-face. Interviews not overly technically challenging. Found out that the person who interviewed me is an avid/public supporter of Reform UK, did not feel it was appropriate for them to interview me, as I was an immigrant.
