Interview
Typically, you have to do an online personality profiling test where there are no right or wrong answers. Then there is an interview with the line manager to discuss the role, your background, skillset, challenges of the role, what progression would look like. Finally, there would be an interview with the CEO / Managing Director as a final stage.
