Sent my application online and got an email asking for my transcript, after providing the transcript, got an email setting up an interview. Process took about 2.5hr with 1.5hr for exam and then meeting with team leader.

We started the conversation by the guy who interviewed me asked me if I have some questions to ask. It was really strange to start the interview even without introducing himself. Then we had a common talk about my resume and something else.
