I was contacted by the HR department and conducted a basic interview on the phone. This interview consisted of an overview of my CV and some basic HR questions (are you a team player, can you work as an individual). I was then ask to Fortinet to conduct a test, the test was 50 questions long. Half of the test covered networking (Protocols, firewalls etc) the rest of the test covered RF, Linux and Windows.
