I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems
Interview
The interview process involved a phone call, Skype interview, followed by an onsite full interview day.
The interview day consisted of 3 personal (1 on 1) interviews with different executives, followed by a lunch and 2 more interviews in the afternoon. Then I was invited to happy hour where after a few beverages were consumed, I was pulled aside again and interviewed more in depth.
The company did put us up for the onsite interview as well as cover all expenses including meals and transportation.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems in Feb 2025
Interview
Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

Interview
The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
