I cannot speak on behalf of the hiring process but the interview was very thorough while also being relaxed. Everyone at the cmopany is extrememly down to earth and you would never know who is the boss and who is a rookie employee.

Asking what my best asset was. As a company that prides themselves on being very blue-collar and humble it was difficult to try and sell myself without coming off as arrogant

Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
