I was brought in for the day and put up in a hotel as I'm from out of town. It was probably the most fun of an interview that I've had, not to mention, thorough. It was definitely challenging, too. I met with about 7 people before a happy hour at the end of the day. By the end of it, I was interviewing directly with the owners of the company, as well. I liked that because I got to see how passionate they were at the top. It was a great interview. And even if I hadn't been offered, I would have learned so much about interviewing. Really fun, really informative' really exciting and thought provoking.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not so much a question, more so a lot of delving into what I've done and why I did certain things. A lot of questions delving into what I was passionate about and how so (baseball in college)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems in Feb 2025
Interview
Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.
I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
