Interview
After completing psychometric testing, I was invited to a phone interview. This lasted around 25 minutes, composed of competency and personality based questions. Interviewer was friendly and put me at ease.

Have you looked into the qualification that is earned whilst completing the placement? Thought's on it, and why it's beneficial were also asked.
After passing online tests I made it to the telephone interview stage. Very friendly interviewer. Lasted about 30 minutes. Made it to the assessment centre which was held online due to Covid-19 restrictions. I had a video interview and a 3-5 minute presentation on why I am fit for the role.
