Interview process lasted 3 rounds over a few days consisting of a phone call and two in person meetings. Had the opportunity to meet and talk with multiple people across the team. Very welcoming and engaging conversations. They made me feel very comfortable and it was definitely one of the most productive interviews I have ever been apart of. Most importantly they listened to what I had to say and I could tell that they were genuine and honest with me from the beginning all the way through the end. Very professional and well organized.

I thought it was a great interview process and they went very in-depth in the areas that it mattered. I learned a lot about the position and the expectations that they had for the person they were looking to hire.

Initial phone call with a recruiter, then an at-home aptitude test and personality test, then a 30 minute zoom call with two department managers, and then two back-to-back zoom calls with one HR rep and one manager, and then one manager and one department director

1. Resume walkthrough from start to finish, including asking what past supervisors would say are your strengths and weaknesses
2. Behavioral based questions around the skills outlined on your resume
The interview required 3 phases: A phone screening and 2 in person interviews. All in all, it was a great experience with good conversations. I felt as though they were trying to actually get to know the kind of worker I am/can be rather than judge based entirely off of past experience.
