TLDR: Red flag- one of the most disorganized recruiting/interview processes I've ever had
Really disappointing experience. These kind of experiences speak volumes for how a company treats their employees and how their overall business is run. I would not recommend interviewing here.
I applied through their website, did an initial interview round with a recruiter, and was asked to move on in the interview process.
My initial conversation with the recruiter was kind of confusing, as I asked him which role I was being considered for and his answer was basically 'all of them'. The conversation was mostly the recruiter talking about Forward and their process, less asking me about my experience. After my conversation with the recruiter I got a note saying I would NOT be moving forward in the interview process, immediately followed by another note asking me to schedule my next conversation (?). Confused, I reached out, and apparently the initial note was sent in error. When I went to schedule the next round of interviews, there were issues with their scheduling tool, so by the time I was able to schedule the next round, it was 2 weeks out. No big deal. The day of my next round of interviews, I get a note saying that they accidentally booked my interview over a standing internal meeting, and that it was canceled. When trying to reschedule, the next availability was another 2 weeks out. Confused, I reached out to the recruiter asking if the tool was showing an error again for availability and, tbh, if I was even being considered anymore, since other candidates were probably farther along in the process. I never received a reply, and then 2 days later I received a note saying they were no longer considering my application... really disappointing experience.
