I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foundation Software
Interview
Applied online. Call 2 weeks later from HR asking if I was still interested and when I could have an introduction call. Teams call with a Dev manager and Director, both seems to be distracted with other things on the call.

Question 1
Many "on a scale from 1-10 how would you rate yourself with ____ technology"
HR called for 5 mins then did an onsite math test which was about 8th grade level math. the process was quite insulting especially since the pay was $30k. the HR person never read my resume and didn't realize that I had over 10 years experience. They also didn't specify what position was available basically bait and switched from one job title I was interested in into an entry level cold call position
I applied online. I interviewed at Foundation Software (Strongsville, OH) in Jul 2023
Interview
Three rounds of interview. Four if you count the HR. Interviews were based on past experiences and on how to do the job. Was constantly given high hopes of getting an offer and spoke about how my family can move closer to the location and all but in the end was rejected. Reason given was the leadership went with a different direction. The leadership team interview resulted with the ceo not showing up and only has the cto. Cto says this is not an interview but does it anyway. He even said to contact him if you need help. I think people who interviewed me were ok but leadership is going to turn their head on the slightest discomfort. So in sum it turned out to be an extremely negative experience especially after giving me such high hopes and taking almost a month. Fortunate to have dodged this bullet
