Interview
There are two prosses which is voice and non-voice,so we need to Good English speaking communication skills and weting also, because we will to face the US clients so they expecting more about our fluent ,sitel is nice company to work.
For the first round, all the candidates were gathered outside and were made to sit in a circle. A topic was given by the HR, and we were asked to speak on the same.

It was simple and all they check is for your communication skills and how honest you are.there are 4 rounds. First one will be with the recruiting manager,second one will be call assesment,third is chat assessment and the final round will be a telephonic interview with the company senior manager
