HireVue video interview where you are asked a question, given a certain amount of time to think of your answer and a certain amount of time to give your answer. No redoing answers. Answers to questions expected to be in STAR format . Then a phone interview where you're asked basic questions about availability and previous work history.

The interview process went very smooth and got hired on the spot. Great company although the campaigns never last. Management was great and the trainers were very thorough and professional. Great experience nevertheless.

It was pleasant and laid back...I loved Brandy. She was easy going...I was intimidated by her or anything. She made the interview process pretty easy...which is something i can appreciate.
