I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Four Entertainment Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2015
Interview
I went through three, one hour long, interviews. The first seemed productive, but the other two redundant. Although they presented their company culture in a way that would sound desirable to a new candidate, I learned very differently, soon after being hired, that their culture rewards aggressive and abusive employees and that they show no respect or appreciation for the hard work their new employees put forth.

Submitted my resume via e-mail and received a response within 24 hours. First interview was about 30 minutes long with two members of the company. I did not receive any feedback or additional steps until over a month later. Second interview was about an hour long and with one of the previous members who had interviewed me. Received a request to come in a week later to talk further about the position. Was offered the position and started two weeks later.
