Easy and very laid back. Only one interview with the Marketing Manager on zoom. She just wanted to get to know you and see if you were social. She even tells you on the spot if she wants you.
You email that you are intrested and a zoom call is set up with the manager and then a offer is extended right then and there or potentially later. It was very easy and no hard questions.
