Very smooth. Very responsive. Recruiters were very friendly. System was very easy to use. Website had great information. My interview was scheduled very quickly. They have adapted to remote interviews very well and also social distancing for in person.

Employer does respond, while that does happen in the world of job search, it's unprofessional and rude to flat out ignore people. Applied and followed up with HR department. Never received any communication even an auto denial. Do you treat members the same way as potential employees.
