Recruiter was great, had an initial call with them, then had a very disorganized interview with a team. People were coming in and leaving the call throughout. No one was acknowledging that it was happening. It felt chaotic and rude. Interviewers were clearly splitting time between the interview and other calls. I got the impression I was a backup or quota interview they had to conduct. My time felt wasted. Recruiter did call after and let me know I .. uh wasn't it, which I did appreciate (over ghosting). They need to work on their interview decorum/processes.
