Interview
Brief- once they know you can work, regardless of experience, you are hired. They don't really care about anything except producing mass quantities of work. Therefore, if you can type and work quickly, you're hired.
The interview process consisted of a brief phone screening and a more in depth in person interview. The questions asked during the in person interview were very direct and standard. I was interviewed by 3 attorneys and 2 supervising paralegals. The interview took approximately 1 hour.

Interview
There was no interview, I was accepted before we had even met. That was a little unnerving, but for this particular position, they were hiring urgently. The day I first went to the office, I was shown my work area and started on on boarding materials.
I interviewed with a supervisor and a human resources coordinator. They described the position to me and what is to be expected. Then they interviewed me with direct questions and I was asked to talk about my past experiences.
