Was interviewed by 3 staff members who asked me questions about my work experience. They were very welcoming and friendly. Had me do an assessment a few minutes before the interview.

Applied online using indeed called next day for interview went on the interview with HR and the call center director ( it was 30mins approx) and was called less than an hour later with an offer
