I applied online. I interviewed at Framingham State College in Nov 2021
Interview
Straightforward process with more behavioral questions. Interview was via text message and a bit of lag when responding. At the end you are able to ask or text your questions.

Interview
I was contacted within about a week from applying. Just applying took a couple of hours due to how much they ask for (in addition to standard, they ask you to write a DEI statement).
First interview was set up about 2 weeks out, with a committee of 3 people, yet only 20 minutes was scheduled. The questions seemed very canned, each taking turns from a script. There was very little time to fully answer their questions, especially the 'describe a scenario' ones. There was no time for me to ask any questions. It felt very one-way rather than mutual, much more like an interrogation. I withdrew before I found out if I'd be offered the job or not. I also wanted to pursue better jobs and not wait on them to drag this out for months. I didn't get a good feeling about working there anyhow.

Interview
I found the position by monitoring the FSU website. I applied online and got a response within a day or two of applying, and was offered four different interview opportunities over a two week span, the earliest of which was two weeks away, and i was told that the decision making process would take at least a month after the last interview was complete. This was a long, drawn out process during which I wish I had continued to job hunt, though I was employed at the time so I was not in a rush.
In the end, my references were checked, but I was not offered the job. When my references were checked they were told that I was one of two finalists.

Question 1
I cannot remember one particular question I was asked, but I was interrogated for at least an hour by three of the people I would be working under, then given a tour of the department.
