Very laidback interview process, did not talk much about accounting, the firm wants to see if you will be a fit as an individual and they are looking for individuals that think outside the box as well as individual that are self driven. There is one on campus interview and then the office visit with a manager and partner.

Went through the interview, told me to switch the position I applied for, I did, and proceeded to get rejected the following day with no follow up on the new position.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, mostly basic behavioral questions and the interviews were very conversational. Overall a great interview process and the recruiters were very friendly. I received feedback very quickly.

Why are you interested in accounting and why specifically Frank Rimerman.
Very conversational and not technical. Just want to see if you’d be a good fit for the firm as you can be taught most technical things. Work culture seems to be something they admire most.
