Only went through the early stage with a recruiter call. When I asked the pay range, they said they couldn’t give me that information. Asked for my availability. Several days later, they scheduled me for an interview that provided less than 48 hours notice. I stated that I was not interested in moving forward without a pay range. Not going to waste my time and energy with multiple interviews only to be offered a mediocre pay rate. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
