I interviewed at Frank Crum for an Underwriter role. The first round was a short video call. The final round of interviews required me to come in for half a day. I probably interviewed with everyone in the entire department all the way up to the chief of underwriting. Ultimately the process was drawn out and tiring. The managers would ask questions that were repetitive like they were reading off googled interview questions.
