Fraza interview questions

Interviewer did not call on time, had to send email to remind. When they did call they immediately asked me to tell them why I applied and list my qualifications. They then asked what I was looking for in a role, and when I said hybrid they stated that the job was in the office 5 days per week. I wish they would have stated that on the posting! All in all the whole thing took 6 mins, because I think most marketing professionals know that being in the office 5 days per week is not needed. I declined to continue the interview, but to be honest, because I was overqualified for the position they did not seem that interested in speaking with me in the first place (before the hybrid comment).

Phone interview first, followed by two person to person interviews, drug test and DOT physical, and final interview with top management discussing details and experience being a driver for Fraza Forklifts
