I interviewed with the HR lead, I had experience and they needed technicians so it was an easy interview, I was called back for the drug and background test the next week.

the usual, good retail experience, bad retail experience, what you did to make a customer happy, that sort of thing, and then we went over my pharmacy experience.

Interview
It was very basic, they mainly asked questions about how I would act in certain situations like if the pharmacy is really busy or how would you act if you disagree with a team member. I'd really recommend asking them how their pharmacy operates when it comes to how busy they are and issues that might come up with patients or the system that pharmacy uses.

Got a text saying to call this number for a phone interview. A recruiter asked about my schedule and three basic customer service questions before moving me onto an in-person interview scheduled for the next day (which I haven't done yet).
