I was told in the phone interview that I was going to be interviewed for a CCK Cashiering position, however there were no positions available so I was not able to get in. I was offered a position in Apparel, and took it immediately as I love clothes!

They asked quite a few questions, but they really stressed on what I would do in certain situations involving customers, so I tried to answer those as best as I could.

She led me into a quiet room and introduced herself. Spoke about the company, what they offer, what they could offer to me, and asked me about my past experience. I was nervous but she was very kind and welcoming. She asked me what I expected from this job, some questions about my past experience, and what I wanted as pay.

What past experience prepared you for this role to work with customer service?
Applied online and got a call 2 weeks later for an in person interview. The interview itself only lasted 20 minutes with very simple questions. Got offered the job on the spot and scheduled to come in the next day for an oral drug test.

Interview
Easy, exactly what you'd expect. Basically just say that your outgoing and nice and you'll be hired. Very easy and informal. You can dress casual as well. I worked with some people who you wondered how they were hired. Any kid in high school could work here.
