Very friendly interviewer, basic questions asked about teamwork and how to approach people who are either anti-social or frustrated and other basic questions about how you would deal with a customer who demands something

How would you get a fellow associate to open up to you or have better communication with you?
It was a really positive experience and informative. The hiring manager was organized and professional. The interview was about 20 minutes virtually with the option for in person. They seemed amenable to working through individual needs.
It was what I expected. They were very helpful and friendly. They explained what I would be doing on the job and we went over the amount of hours I could work.

Interview
Face to face, minimal questions about my experience and history. It was very easy I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes I've gotten difficult interviews from them. They wanted to know my reference history also.
