Freedom Boat Club interview questions

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a phone interview with a recruiter, which focused on general background and experience. The second round was a phone interview with the manager, where more role-specific questions were asked. The final round was an in-person interview with the manager, allowing for a deeper discussion of responsibilities, expectations, and fit for the team.

Quick 15-30 minute phone call. Interviewer asked a couple of basic questions, and then some about my qualifications. They also asked if I had any boating experience, which I had and they were impressed by this. They then described the position, and was then offered the position by the end of the call.
