One quick HR screening online then one teams interview with hiring manager. The HR screening is very basic, such as “describe a time you were met with a challenge, how did you overcome?” Then the interview with hiring manager was more based around experience and job relatability

Describe a mistake you made and how did you fix it?
Very chill interview process. Couple of hiring managers join from different sites and aks basics and fundamental behavioural questions. Based on your answers managers decide which site wants you and then you hear back for the offer.

Interview
I had a virtual interview where they had me answer questions and recorded the video of my answers. It was a bit uncomfortable but I understand why larger companies might do this.
