Freespace Customer Success Manager interview questions

2 stage interview. - The 1'st stage was straight forward and professional, interview asked competency based questions and took an interest in responses. 2nd stage ? - The interviewer arrived late, immediately told me I only have 30 minutes, looked everywhere but at the camera, asked 2 questions, barely acknowledged the responses and then went into a lengthy speech on how good the product was and what a fantastic company they were. Clearly a decision had already been made and they couldn't wait to get off the call. Extremely difficult to make an impression, when the interviewer has already made a decision and has no interest in anything you have to say. Why waste someone's time if you've already decided on a candidate.
