As soon as you apply through the "Easy Apply" button on LinkedIn, you get an automated (bot-generated probably) message on LinkedIn saying how impressed they are about your profile and then asks you to schedule a 15 minute call.
Some days later you will have your 15 minute call directly with the CEO and Founder where he will ask mainly technical questions, specifically related to how you build from the bottom-up, financial models for technology companies. Unfortunately the interview goes too fast, very little context is given, the budget for the position is low and the expectation is that the person is ready to hit the ground without any room to go into a learning curve.
