Interview process is like to be telephonic and collecting all the information of new joined and than ve to pass 3 4 round of direct interview between cross divisional manager locally available. And finally last round from zsm side who came from India. Lastly document submission and than after 1 week you can get appointment letter. Overall it take 1 to 2 months to complete process
It was alright, it was warm and they set expectations pretty clear as well as some concerns. They made sure that we were a good fit with each other and aligned on values.
2 rounds with SM and HR & BUD head. Smooth. Need to answer scenarios questions with past working experience. Shows achievements and successful stories along working years. No test or QA exam.
