Applied online after recommended by a friend who was employed at FMCNA, was contacted by HR hiring dept. through email. Completed the pre-employment screening tests online (personality test), was soon thereafter contacted by a clinic manager for an in-person interview. Manager was very kind, not overly intimidating and it felt like a good fit very quickly.
