I applied online and received an e-mail a couple of months later for an interview. The interview process started with a brief phone interview with the recruiter that led to another phone interview with the hiring manager. About a week later I was invited to go on-site for a round of interviews with both business and clinical staff. A couple of weeks later, I was extended an offer. Everyone I spoke to seemed passionate about the company and their respective positions. It was an overall enjoyable experience.
