I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fresh Prints (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
Giving a neutral experience just because of the later stages but the initial stages were positive. The entire process was a lengthy one. It took more than a month to get the final result. I had 3 assessments in total. The first one was the usual aptitude, reasoning based test along with cognitive skills and English which was pretty easy for me since I am preparing for govt jobs as well but others may find it bit tricky due to time limit. The second one was a live task round where we were asked to write an email response on the call along with other candidates and this round is also easy if you have basic email writing skills. The third one was a take home test assignment where I was given two documents to review and improve and one assessment to create a roadmap, this is a bit tricky since they are giving sort of their internal docs and policy and as an outsider it would be difficult to gauge, but I cleared it somehow. The next round was an interview with the manager and here is when everything falls apart. The interview felt less like an interview but more like another assessment but this time you will be the only 1 on the call and being constantly looked at while doing the tasks, I was asked to write an email response on the spot again 😅, there were docs to review and find faults and an excel test where a task needs to be performed and this was something used in their operations which is again tricky for an outsider to figure out. I was then asked those usual interview questions. The overall 1-0-1 interview experience was not positive I would say and I really felt like it would not be a good fit for me. While I was waiting for the result I got another offer and decided to not proceed further. I accepted another offer from a UK based startup with the same salary and remote role and a positive work culture .Initially I was really excited to join fresh prints but after the interview I decided to not proceed further. Fresh Prints would be good to join if you don't have any other offer in hand, looks promising. Sorry for the long review 😅 but if you have read it completely, cheers to you.
Got failed at Assessment test, it's was from Test Gorilla I remember that I selected all the right answer and even after that I failed. And they don't even let you know your marks
Time-wasting. HRs are absent-minded and don't have questions to ask. HRs were uninterested and non- interactive. Seem like they bored of their job. You will get the results after 2 weeks. Felt like interview was just a formality before rejection.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself (as I said HRs are not interactive)
