      Lead Azure Architect Interview

      10 Feb 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Freshfields in Feb 2025

      Interview

The interview was three stages. The first stage was non technical and focused on my background, work history and felt like more of a filtering call. The second stage was an in-depth review of my work history, running through different scenarios and providing examples of how I have tackled certain situations in the past. There was also a little bit of a technical assessments, roughly around 10-15 questions touching on different aspects of Azure and general competency based points. Third stage was a final interview with a C-Suite executive. This was another conversation based interview for the exec to get a feel for me as a person and check if I was a good fit for the role.
