I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Friends of Youth (Renton, WA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed with two individuals, one was the program supervisor and the other person was the clinical program manager. They were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel weird or nervous at all. I was comfortable and able to open up very quickly. The interview lasted an hour, longest I have experienced. They allowed time for questions in the end. They also discussed work schedule, benefits/sick days/ insurance/ etc, salary.
You will not get an interview if you have any speeding tickets in the last 3 years.

Question 1
What would my previous supervisor say about me?
The one question that threw me off was about the difference between a professional and personal disagreement. At the time I couldn't come up with a good example.
More questions: What is the best environment for you?
What experience do you have giving presentations?
What type of workshops do the residents need? (e.g., how to handle depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, increasing positive reinforcement/ self-talk)
