I had initial phone interview with Human Resources Department. They scheduled a Microsoft Teams call to interview with the hiring manager. The manager asked situational questions regarding previous employment. Some questions seemed hard to answer immediately.

Interview
It was awkward, not very good questions and few questions. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and I never got any kind of feedback after the interview. There wasn’t very much details about the job either. They call it a “manager in training”, but it’s more of a department manager instead of a feedlot manager. Overall, neutral about the interview.
