Lowkey - informal. Quick and not too tough. Have seen more in depth interviews for higher positions in the company but not for servers. Got the job but not before pouring my heart out to the interviewer.

Short interview. I arrived and had to wait to meet with the manager. They asked me a couple of questions. One interview with the general manager and I was offered a job on the spot.

Interview
The interview was easy. They didn't care that I had no experience. The manager who interviewed me was very polite. From the interview, I didn't expect working there to suck so much. But then it did.
