Interview
The interview process is straightforward and it’s really easy if you’re honest. They do ask questions and also want examples of when you displayed those actions. Also they are quick about there decision, It took about 2 to 3 days to hear back from them.

How are you a leader? What safety ideas were you apart of making at your last job?
Too long and drawn out. Have to answer really dumb questions that they paid someone too much money to come up with. Y'all need to stop trusting people who've never sweated it out in one of your trucks before. These kids coming straight out of college to run your business have no idea what they're doing and until you address this fact you will continue to have issues with the supply chain.

The interviewer Reschedule three different times for interview with me..very unprofessional wasting my precious time! went to the interview the third time and still didn’t get the job they are very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time It is very exhausting just to try to get a interview. The best way to get on is going to a job fair I would say the to young men that’s in HR don’t know what they are doing! They will give you the runaround!
