Phone screen then a pointless in person interview. I only met with Paul who asked the most boring and tiring customer support questions. It was so hard for me to engage in conversation or feel excited. I would have loved to meet other people, get to actually know each other, and not be asked the most basic questions.
I think most people would like how easy the interview was, but it felt so robotic to me and why in person? It could have definitely been a zoom interview.
Also, hourly wages get shafted when it comes to time off. Position is extremely low pay for Denver and the time off is not good. If the company does actually promote within (read other review) then a good starter job though with I'm sure cool people.

Interview
I was contacted within hours to set up a phone interview. And then was asked to come down to do an in-person interview a few days later. The in-person interview was fine. Questions were pretty standard.
However, when I interviewed with the third person, it immediately became clear that the benefits advertised for this job do not include their CX team. There is no unlimited PTO, the position requires you commute to the office daily, and the pay is under $20 an hour. I was sold on the benefits of this job and assumed that the PTO was to make up for the shockingly low pay. Everyone seem nice. But my overall impression of their support team was that they are treated as second class employees and there are about three management tiers for a team of eight or more. My advice to the company is just go ahead and outsource your support team since the pay is absolutely substandard and it very much felt that your CX team did the grunt work in office everyday, while the rest of the employees came and went as they pleased.

Seamless interview process -beginning with a cultural phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and an in-person interview with the Vice President of the team I joined.
