I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Las Vegas, NV) in Sept 2017
Interview
The hiring process is very simple you arrive at least 2 hours prior to the event or F2F. Have your passport with you. This airline is very strict on their tattoo policy and they will keep warning you through out the duration of the event they cannot exist anywhere in the area from the mid thigh to toe tip for women. Also from shoulder length to finger tip for men and women. Or on the back of the neck or behind the ears. The event is a three stage process, first stage they divided you up into groups they asked us to spell out our last name, say where were from, and describe one interesting thing about ourselves. Then your told to go back into the main sitting area. After that if they like you, you will go to the next stage. The second interview is you and another candidate sitting with one recruiter and they ask you situational question, and then again they will reminded you about their tattoo policy. Unfortunately I was invited to go to the last stage. Overall, the process helped me be prepared for the next time and I hoped to be picked next time.
