The interview process moved decently quick. Submitted my application and within days got an email about a video interview then only a day or two passed until I was invited for the in-person interview/event in Phoenix. The process itself was decently easy, you meet 3-4 people at your table, then do a group interview with them and 2 flight attendants, then a solo interview with 2 different flight attendants/HR people. They asked very basic customer service questions, no actual questions about Frontier itself - but I would still study up a bit incase. Once the process is complete, they will give a short spiel they dismiss those who did not get an offer and those who did, have to stay for a drug test & finger printing. Overall a long day, but a harmless process. Just follow their clothing guidelines and brush up on your customer service skills. The only disappointing thing about this process was reading other reviews and seeing that the company paid for both the flight and a hotel. As a young female who traveled alone for this, I had to book my own place to stay and as someone who has never been to the city, unknowingly booked in an unsafe area. It was briefly brought up in conversation with an older gentleman, who I am not sure either worked for Frontier or the drug testing company, and he was even shocked the company did not pay for lodging or at least provide a block at a hotel/discount.
