After applying, I received an online personality assessment. After passing that assessment, a recruiter emailed me for a screening interview. After going thru my work history, I was invited to do an excel test, to gauge my skills. This test was scheduled to be done within an hour, and was sent to me five minutes before the hour. The test itself involved math skills, as well as advance excel skills. A few days later I received an email saying I passed the excel test, and would be meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed to highlight the cons of the position more than the pros. The fact that it would be a slow process due to the closeness in working with government and airport officials. It didn’t sound very inspiring to be honest. The position said it was remote, but that I had to live in one of the hubs; Denver, Las Vegas and I forgot the other. The interview came to a stop when I said I could not move to one of those cities. I thought that given that I live near three airports operated by frontier, I could make it work. The hiring manager said it would not work, and not worth continuing this interview. I agreed and we both said our goodbyes. Very abrupt end, but I guess it’s worth not pursuing if it’s not what we’re both not looking for.
