I submitted an application online for an internship position. I was interviewed by 3 different people, each interview was about 20 minutes long. All interview questions were what you would expect. This company is very dedicated to the customer and has traditional company culture. Interview was more on the formal side.

Whats your biggest strength? Whats your biggest weakness? Why do you want to work here?
The first interview was a HR phone screening followed by hiring manager interview. Process took a few weeks. Interview process included behavioral interview questions and questions particular to the department.

Easy, straight-forward. Very fast process, as I think they were in a hurry to fill the position. Only one interview. Loved the internship and team. Dallas headquarters is an awesome office.

Group interview. Gave us a chance to explain our who we are and what our interests are. They gave us a taste of what it was like to work at Frontier, which was helpful and interesting. Not at all a boring interview.
